We are looking for a motivated, organised and results driven person to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and supervise staff
- Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time
- Coordinate deliveries, liaise with suppliers, customers and transport companies
- Ensure a safe, clean and efficient warehouse and compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare reports, monitor performance and identify efficiencies
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric minimum
- Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing or related field is advantageous
- 3–5+ years warehouse experience with supervisory experience

- Receiving & dispatching
- Stock control & counts
- Picking & packing
- Loading & unloading
- Managing staff
- Stock rotation & storage
- Working with suppliers & transport companies
- Warehouse/inventory systems

- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of packaging materials and specifications
- Computer skills: Excel, ERP, WMS, email and reporting
- Forklift licence essential
SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct warehouse inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Manage incident reporting and safety procedures
- Train employees on safety and company policies
