Our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full operational responsibility for their finished goods warehouse. Our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry is seeking a hands-on, decisive, results-driven Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of operational performance for their finished goods warehouse.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric essential; a relevant tertiary qualification (supply chain, logistics, operations or warehouse management) advantageous.
- 5+ years' warehouse management experience, with a substantial portion in FMCG, hardware, or high-volume, high-SKU distribution.
- Demonstrable experience running a team and improving warehouse KPIs (stock accuracy, productivity, OTIF).
- Working knowledge of an ERP/WMS environment — Syspro experience a strong advantage.
- Sound understanding of South African labour law as it applies to shop-floor discipline, performance management and overtime.
- Valid driver's licence; forklift / MHE licence advantageous.
