• Matric (Grade 12) • A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred Experience:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within a retail or FMCG environment • Proven experience managing teams and working in high-volume warehouse settings • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and best practices Skills and Attributes:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
- Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel; ERP systems experience advantageous)
