Duties & Responsibilities
- Relevant Degree advantageous
- 3-5 years' experience within warehousing, logistics, supply chain or cold storage operations
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory or team leadership experience
- Lead daily receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations
- Manage warehouse teams to achieve operational and productivity targets
- Monitor stock accuracy, inventory integrity and cycle count activities
- Drive employee performance through coaching, training and regular feedback
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and operational standards
- Maintain health and safety compliance across the warehouse
- Coordinate the maintenance and control of warehouse equipment and assets
- Monitor operational costs and support cost-control initiatives
- Compile operational reports and provide performance insights
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Cold Storage exp is Non-Negotiable
