Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. Automotive industry experience is essential. Valid Forklift Licence. Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse stock control, dispatch or warehouse coordination. Automotive industry experience is essential. Experience with inventory management systems or ERP/WMS software. Experience with courier coordination and dispatch documentation. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Good understanding of stock control procedures and warehouse operations. Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties. Duties and responsibilities: Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels. Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and reconciliations. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Receive, inspect and capture incoming stock. Allocate stock accurately to job cards. Pick, verify, label and prepare orders for dispatch. Coordinate courier collections and ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate. Maintain dispatch records and tracking information. Operate a forklift safely for loading, offloading and stock movement. Assist with receiving deliveries and storing stock correctly. Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse environment. Participate in stock audits and inventory control activities. Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations. show more...
