Manage & control all logistics for the branch
Ensure accurate dispatch, stock integrity, fleet readiness, team effectiveness and on-time-in-full customer delivery
Coordinate and control the receiving of all incoming and outgoing interbranch transfers
Avoid and reduce damages to finished goods
Plan and supervise the repacking of damages into sellable stock
Enforce FIFO - Rotate stock
Ensure stock is correctly labelled and moved to allocated bin locations
Assist with cycle counts and stocktakes
Daily checks of logistics stock exceptin to avoid all unnecessary short supplies
