Do you take pride in managing a spotless, hyper-efficient warehouse with pinpoint inventory accuracy? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Controller to take full ownership of daily warehouse operations, stock replenishment, and delivery verification!
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain complete control of warehouse organization, high housekeeping standards, and strict health and safety compliance.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform daily stock checks and regular cycle counts to maintain a target 98%+ inventory accuracy rate while eliminating stock loss.
- Receiving & Quality Control: Inspect incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes, checking for quality, count, and damage before accepting goods.
- Replenishment & Procurement Support: Monitor stock thresholds, submit timely replenishment requests to Procurement, and track outstanding orders.
- Strict Documentation: Ensure flawless administration where no stock moves without strict paperwork and inventory system updates.
Desired Experience & Qualification
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) required. A qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in inventory control and warehouse management.
- Technical Skills: Solid computer literacy with practical experience using inventory management systems.
- Core Strengths: High numerical agility, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and unyielding integrity.
