Responsibilities
Oversee inbound and outbound stock management in accordance with SAHPRA and GDP standards
Maintain and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP integration
Ensure accurate stock reconciliation, GRVs, lot releases , and proper documentation
Collaborate with third-party logistics partners (e.g., DSV, Biovac, GSK ) to manage cold chain product handling
Supervise stock counts, cycle counts, and stock rework processes
Support efficient space utilization and inventory accuracy within the DC
Requirements
National Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related field (Required)
3+ years’ experience in a Distribution Centre environment – pharma/healthcare preferred
Proficient in SAP and WMS
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance : SAHPRA, GMP, GDP
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
