Our client is a well-established industrial bulk handling, chemical supply, and warehousing group operating across major port and logistics hubs in South Africa.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse / Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Co-ordinator will support daily warehouse operations, focusing on stock control, receiving and dispatch administration, inventory accuracy, and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee goods receiving, dispatch administration, and documentation verification.
- Maintain rigorous stock control and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Coordinate daily movements between the warehouse, transport service providers, and suppliers.
- Utilize MS Excel to maintain accurate inventory records and generate stock reports.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with general operational planning and administrative workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or distribution environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or Business Administration is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in stock control, receiving, dispatch, and inventory management processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Stable employment history showing reliability and long-term commitment.

Remuneration R12,000 – R18,000 per month (Depending on qualifications and experience)
