Main Tasks/Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring all delivery notes are checked and printed as per the orders provided • To complete the required documentation needed for due diligence • Responsible for informing production of short orders • Escalating issues timeously • Correctly dispatching goods • Operate machinery (forklift and reach truck) and ensure that the machinery is looked after • Following FEFO process when picking raw materials and finished goods • Managing inventory and location accuracy • Ensuring that daily stock counts are conducted • Processing of Purchase Order Receipts • Raw Material Pallet building • Conduct stock warehouse transfers utilising the TransLution system • Dismantling of pallets • Ensure containers are decanted and confirm on TransLution system • Ensure stock take is completed, as per normal procedure, within the TransLution system • Ensure that all Interbranch Transfers are captured correctly on the TransLution system • Ensure orders are picked correctly as per the transLution system • Ensure that orders are dispatched and captured correctly on the TransLution system • Ensure stock take is completed, as per normal procedure, within the TransLution system • Ensure that all Interbranch Transfers are captured correctly on the TransLution System • Comply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements • Ensure compliance to all food safety regulations, allergen control, housekeeping and pest control • Participate in personal hygiene checks • Live the brand by living our core values • Always striving to do your best Technical Skills and Experience
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification
- 24 - 36 months warehouse experience
- Forklift and Reach Truck license
- Knowledge of stores handling procedures
