Where You'll Make an Impact

Duties

Receive, process, move, store, and dispatch incoming stock and materials

Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for customer delivery or collection

Scan and record inventory movements while maintaining precise warehouse records

Ensure all assets are processed through the appropriate systems, avoiding unauthorised manual picking or removal

Process and transfer orders, ensuring delivery and collection documentation is correctly completed

Conduct deliveries and collections within Johannesburg and surrounding Gauteng areas using company vehicles

Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and collections

Maintain accurate inventory controls, support stock location, and replenishment processes

Keep the warehouse, shelving, pallets, and workstations clean, safe, and well-organized

Complete reports and administrative records as required

Follow company policies, safety requirements, and escalation procedures

Identify operational issues and escalate them accordingly

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team and division goals

Requirements

National Senior Certificate or equivalent

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems

Ability to receive, pick, pack, scan, and dispatch stock accurately

Good organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline

Knowledge of Inventory Management and Customer Service principles

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage time efficiently

Nice to Have

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments
