Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sharing daily reports with the Spares Team in the region.
- Transact on the system and monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments with precision, ensuring correct serial numbers and quantities.
- Engage with Suppliers regarding shipments and Open STOs.
- Be available to work on weekends and extra hours for receiving and issuing urgent spares.
- Engage with ASPs and ensure alignment on warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with the team and report to the Principal Specialist.
- Conduct weekly stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements
- Matric
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours.
- Experience with inventory systems and warehouse operations is an advantage.
- SAP / other ERP systems experience advantageous
