- Must have a relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, spare parts, operations, or a similar environment
- Experience working with technical equipment, machinery, electronics, agricultural equipment, or other specialised products would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of inventory management, receiving, dispatch, stock control, and warehouse procedures
- Proven ability to manage multiple operational functions simultaneously
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Must have experience using Salesforce, ERP, inventory management, or similar business systems
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technology and software platforms
- Proven experience working with couriers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs partners
- Experience with import and export documentation would be advantageous
- Comfortable handling technical equipment and hazardous materials, including LiPo batteries, in accordance with safety procedures
- Proven ability to identify and implement warehouse layout and process improvements
- Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- Must have a valid driver's licence; A forklift licence would be advantageous
- Fluency in English (Read, Write, Speak)
- Experience within agriculture, drones, robotics, technology, engineering, or another fast-growing operational environment would be advantageous
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Managing the full warehouse inventory using Salesforce or relevant business systems, including receiving, stock counts, stock movements, and order processing.
- Receiving, inspecting, verifying, and correctly storing incoming drones, spare parts, batteries, and precision agriculture equipment.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records and investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Organising and optimising the warehouse layout, including racking, bin locations, picking areas, and storage of slow-moving stock.
- Implementing efficient stock control procedures to maximise warehouse space, picking efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Establishing and following clear procedures for releasing stock following customer payment or internal approval.
- Ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded and traceable.
- Preparing and dispatching customer orders, equipment, stock, and trailers for the Sales and Technical teams.
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with couriers, freight forwarders, transport companies, and logistics partners.
