EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a waiter, or
- 3+ years' experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience working with retirees or older guests will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Pilot POS will be an advantage.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Friendly, polite, patient, and respectful.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a natural ability to build rapport with guests and apply subtle, effective sales techniques.
- Maintains a professional appearance and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
- Is reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts as required.
- Has their own reliable transport.
- Has a clear criminal record.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Valid South African identity document, or a valid work permit and passport.
- Relevant experience as outlined above.
- Contactable references from previous employers.
- Availability to work shifts as operationally required.
