Fashion Fusion Group is seeking an experienced and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Head Office team in Pinetown.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong visual merchandising standards across our stores nationwide, ensuring our brands are presented consistently while supporting customer engagement and commercial performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies across multiple stores.
- Plan and execute seasonal displays, planograms and in-store concepts.
- Maintain consistent brand standards and visual presentation.
- Conduct store visits and visual merchandising audits.
- Support new store openings, store revamps and special projects.
- Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Operations and Store Management teams.
- Support promotional campaigns, events and product launches.
- Monitor visual merchandising execution and identify opportunities for improvement.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Visual Merchandising , preferably within fashion retail.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management position .
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling and customer shopping behaviour.
- Experience managing visual merchandising standards across multiple stores.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent creative and commercial ability.
- Strong project management skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Advantageous
- Qualification in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, Interior Design, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience within a multi-store fashion retail environment.
