- Join Pepkor Lifestyle as a Visual Merchandiser and play a vital role in bringing our brands to life in-store. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for design, an eye for trends, and the ability to transform spaces into immersive customer experiences that drive sales.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement captivating, brand-aligned visual displays across all stores.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align displays with promotions and product strategies.
- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to optimise product placement and visual strategies.
- Support store teams with display plans, guidelines, and hands-on training.
- Drive VM standards and lead special projects such as expos and seasonal campaigns.
- Champion customer-centric principles in all VM executions.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years' experience in retail visual merchandising, interior decorating or similar.
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to sketch and visualise layouts.
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of design software is a plus.
- High energy, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License
