Key Responsibilities

Interpret and implement floor plans and visual merchandising directives.

Coordinate showroom changes, product movements and new product installations.

Create cohesive furniture and décor settings considering proportion, scale, colour, texture and product placement.

Regularly refresh displays in response to new ranges, product availability, seasonal changes and promotional activity.

Work closely with design and retail teams to implement visual merchandising concepts and showroom updates.

Ensure consistent visual presentation and merchandising standards throughout the retail environment.

Assist with the planning and implementation of promotional and seasonal merchandising campaigns.

Coordinate the integration of incoming products onto the showroom floor.

Consider stock availability and incoming inventory when planning showroom changes and product placement.

Identify opportunities to improve product presentation, customer flow and use of retail space.

Coordinate and guide merchandising assistants and operational teams during installations and showroom changes.

Ensure installations and merchandising changes are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Maintain presentation standards across lighting, artwork, furniture, accessories and décor elements.

Monitor showroom presentation continuously and implement adjustments where required.

Support photography and visual reporting requirements relating to merchandising implementation.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 45 years' experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within furniture, homeware, interiors, décor, luxury lifestyle or premium retail.

Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining physical retail displays and product settings.

Experience implementing floor plans, store layouts or space-planning concepts.

Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles including product placement, scale, proportion, colour, texture and customer flow.

Experience working with furniture, homeware, décor, interiors or other visually led lifestyle products is highly advantageous.

Experience coordinating merchandising installations and showroom changes.

Comfortable working practically within a retail environment, including moving, positioning and styling merchandise.

Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
