Job Title: Vehicle Stock & Accounts Administrator - Gauteng, Northern suburbs Start Date: 2026-08-26 - 2026-10-31 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB000923 Sectors: *Dealership Location: Gauteng , JHB - Northern Suburbs Salary: Brief: Remuneration: Remuneration: R13 000-R15 000 (depending on experience) + Medical aid + Provident fund + R2 000 fuel allowance Note: Only applicants residing in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg or Midrand will be considered Purpose Of The Job: An established motor dealership is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Stock & Accounts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for vehicle invoicing, vehicle order administration, creditor processing, fuel management, petty cash control, and general administrative support. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Vehicle invoicing and administration Processing and tracking vehicle orders Vehicle stock control and maintenance of stock records Processing and reconciliation of selected creditor accounts Fuel account administration and reporting Managing and reconciling petty cash Assisting with month-end administrative functions General office administration and support duties Ensuring accurate filing and record keeping Minimum Requirements: Reside in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg or Midrand Previous experience in a motor dealership or automotive environment Evolve system experience is essential Strong administrative and numerical skills Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Own reliable transport will be advantageous Working Hours: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays required Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
