Experience Managing a Warehouse
Experience of Working in the FMCG Industry
Experience Managing Employees
Must be Fluent in English and Understand Zulu
Must Be Able To Work Under Pressure
Must Have a Reliable Camera Phone with Whatsapp
Strong Organisational and Multi-tasking Skills
Effective Team Leadership and Management Abilities
Attention to Detail and Commitment to Accuracy
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Ability to Troubleshoot and Implement Effective Solutions
Hands On and Lead By Example Approach To Work
Forklift licence advantageous
Duties
Including but not limited to
Ø Organising Stocks In Warehouse
Ø stock Rotation; FIFO and Stock Management
Ø Stock Take
Ø Creating Suggested Orders for Stocks
Ø Receiving Stocks (Manually and with Forklift/Reach Truck if necessary)
Ø Assisting Workflow to Speed Up Dispatch
Ø Checking and Loading Orders to be Dispatched
Ø Ensuring Warehouse is Tidy At All Times
Ø Managing Employees
Ø Implement and Comply with Health & Safety Regulations
Ø Communicating and Enforcing Company Policies and Procedures
Ø Disciplinary Action According to Labour Law and Company Policies and Procedures
Ø Any Other Adhoc Duties
salary R9000 per month
