Join our growing independent automotive repair centre
We are looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Service Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our team.
This is a key customer-facing position responsible for ensuring a professional experience from the moment a vehicle is booked in until it is collected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answering calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer queries • Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs • Welcoming customers and handling vehicle check-ins • Preparing and managing job cards • Discussing customer concerns and repair requirements • Communicating with technicians regarding vehicle faults and repair progress • Preparing estimates and obtaining customer approval • Keeping customers updated on repair progress • Coordinating vehicle collection and delivery • Processing invoices and payments • Following up with customers after completed repairs • Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records • Assisting with the day-to-day administration of the workshop
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone who is

✔ Highly organised and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment
✔ Able to communicate clearly with both customers and technicians
✔ Computer literate and comfortable learning workshop management software
✔ Able to work independently and take responsibility
✔ Reliable, punctual and able to follow structured processes
EXPERIENCE
Strong customer-service, administrative and organisational skills are equally important.

Remuneration R 5 500 – R 9 500 CTC
