HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER OPERATOR / MACHINE MINDER • Solid experience operating Heidelberg Speedmaster presses essential • Trade Tested Printer , Min 10 year exp • CP2000 / CP Tronic experience advantageous • Strong knowledge of colour control, registration and print quality • Able to troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues • Must be prepared to work shifts and overtime
HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER ASSISTANTS • Previous Heidelberg Speedmaster experience essential • Knowledge of press preparation, paper handling, ink, wash-ups and general machine operation • Mechanically minded, reliable and hardworking • Must be prepared to work shifts and overtime
PRODUCTION PLANNER – • Previous production planning experience in a litho printing or packaging environment essential • Strong understanding of the complete print production process – pre-press, printing, finishing and dispatch • Plan and schedule jobs according to machine capacity and delivery deadlines • Coordinate daily production priorities with press, finishing and dispatch departments • Monitor jobs throughout production and identify potential delays • Ensure materials, paper, plates and finishing requirements are available before production • Work closely with sales, estimating and production teams • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
DISPATCH & STORES CONTROLLER • Previous dispatch and stores experience essential • Printing, packaging or manufacturing experience preferred • Receiving and issuing of stock • Checking finished goods against job cards and delivery notes • Coordinating collections and deliveries • Maintaining accurate stock records • Computer literate with strong attention to detail
CODE 10 DRIVER / HYSTER OPERATOR • Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence • Valid PDP essential • Valid Hyster / Forklift Licence essential • Good knowledge of Durban and surrounding areas • Experience loading, offloading and handling palletised goods • Must assist with dispatch when required • Reliable, punctual and have a good driving record
