Essential Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in UX/UI Design and/or Front-End Development.
• Proven experience designing and developing digital products, web applications, or enterprise systems.
• Strong experience in user-centred design methodologies .
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as:
• React
• Angular
• Vue.js

• Experience with UX/UI design tools such as:
• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Sketch
• InVision

• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and component libraries .
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.

UX Skills

• User research and analysis.
• User journey mapping.
• Persona development.
• Wireframing and prototyping.
• Information architecture.
• Usability testing.
• Interaction design.
• Accessibility and usability standards.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with UX research tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards .
• Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or other large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with mobile application development or hybrid frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
• User Experience Design
• Interaction Design
• Graphic Design
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Human-Computer Interaction
• or a related field.

Relevant UX/UI or front-end development certifications will be advantageous.
