Responsibilities
Manage and drive marketing and initiatives
Setting clear objectives and drive the team to meet and exceed expectations
Target new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth
Source, trade, and manage pre-owned stock
Maintain customer satisfaction in line with group standards
Think outside the box when it comes to marketing and selling pre-owned vehicles
Requirements and skills
National Senior Certificate
Valid driver's license
Minimum 5 years in used vehicle sales
At least 2 - 3 years management experience
Financial literacy and DMS experience
High level of automation, initiative and integrity
