- Proven experience as a Pre-Owned / Used Vehicle Sales Manager or similar senior automotive sales role.
- Strong automotive dealership experience .
- GWM/Haval experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle sales, valuations, pricing, stock management and profitability.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit targets.
- Previous experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of vehicle acquisition and trade-in processes.
- CMS experience is essential.
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence .
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-service orientation.
