Detail: Key Duties & Responsibilities: Administer client trusts. Draft and review trust deeds. Draft trust resolutions. Prepare trustee meeting packs. Attend trustee meetings. Prepare meeting agendas and minutes. Handle ad hoc client requests. Draft local and offshore wills. Manage client FICA documentation and FICA compliance. Maintain and submit Master's UBO registers. Submit amendments, registrations, and terminations at the Master's Office. Process and maintain client data accurately. Build and maintain client relationships. Prepare FICA packs. Maintain filing systems. Clean up and implement administrative processes. Requirements: 2–5 years' industry experience. Previous work experience is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Word. Microsoft Excel is advantageous. Degrees, diplomas, or relevant courses will be advantageous. Courses in trusts, estates, wills, and related fields will be advantageous. Excellent writing and drafting skills. Strong attention to detail. Hard-working and able to work independently. A good cultural fit within a small, close-knit team.
