Coordinate with internal team members to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust records and documentation. Load and process daily payments accurately and timeously. Provide administrative support to management and the wider team. Assist with general trust administration and ad hoc duties as required. Ensure all client and trust information is handled with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy. Follow established procedures and always maintain professional standards.
Requirements Relevant trust administration, legal administration, financial administration experience or qualification. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Fluent in English and at least one African language; additional African languages would be advantageous. Professional and client-focused approach. Previous experience in a trust, legal or financial services environment would be advantageous.
