MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Basic Literacy Code C Drivers' License with PrDP PDP
- 1 – 2 years' experience
KEY PERFORMANCES AREAS
- Carry out the prescribed pre-trip inspection by seeing that the oil, fuel, water, fan belt, lights, mirrors, brakes and tires of the vehicle are in order. •
- Report any problems to supervisor. Ensure that the vehicle is clean.
- Drive the truck from base to working sites. Transport workers and equipment.
- Ensure the safety of workers during loading and off -loading operations. Make sure that refuse grass, branches, litter, etc. are properly loaded onto the truck and off loaded by the workers
- Transporting tools to various areas. Transporting officials to various areas to perform their duties.
- Digging and trimming holes for planting of trees. Spraying herbicides and pesticides as directed by supervisor.
- Cleaning and removing rubble. Also performing other duties as indicated by supervisor. Transporting equipment to various parks and municipal gardens.
