The successful candidate will build strong relationships with transporters, assess repair opportunities, prepare quotations, and coordinate repairs to maximize workshop utilization and profitability. This role is ideal for someone with strong contacts in the transport industry who can consistently bring truck accident repair work into the business. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure truck accident repair opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with transport companies, fleet managers, and logistics operators Visit transport companies to promote the company's repair services Respond to accident repair enquiries and arrange vehicle assessments Liaise with workshop managers, estimators, insurers, and customers throughout the repair process Prepare and follow up on quotations Negotiate repair approvals and timelines with customers Ensure high levels of customer service and communication Monitor market activity and identify new business opportunities Achieve monthly sales and repair booking targets Maintain accurate customer and sales records Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in commercial vehicle, truck, transport, panel beating, automotive repair industry Strong understanding of truck accident repairs and repair processes Proven business development or sales experience Established network within the transport or logistics industry will be advantageous Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term customer relationships Valid driver's licence Computer literacy Motor Industry experience Essential!
