Treasury Analyst

Introduction

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Treasury Analyst to support and enhance our treasury accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong double-entry accounting knowledge, experience working with treasury and ERP systems, and a proactive mindset for process improvement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate cash accounting, optimizing system integrations, and supporting cross-functional teams including finance and investment accounting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly variance analysis of cash accounting entries.

• Complete bank account and suspense account reconciliations, collaborating with finance and investment accounting teams.

• Post accounting feeds from the Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity) to the ERP ledger (Oracle).

• Maintain and update mapping rules within FIS Integrity and between FIS and Oracle to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

• Review and analyze bank fees and financing costs.

• Assist with opening new bank accounts

• Respond to queries from finance and investment accounting teams.

• Support treasury accounting process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Document control processes, analyze inefficiencies, and propose improvements.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA designation or working toward CPA (preferred but not essential).

• Experience with a Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity preferred).

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting and reconciliation processes.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external banking partners.
