Key Responsibilities Manage the Group's treasury function, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and working capital optimisation. Oversee local and international banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, forward cover and Reserve Bank compliance. Monitor cash flow across multiple entities while ensuring sufficient liquidity to support operational requirements. Prepare monthly cash flow reports, treasury reporting and liquidity schedules for executive management. Manage banking facilities, authorised signatories, online banking platforms and banking documentation. Review and approve creditor payments, bank reconciliations and treasury-related accounting transactions. Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, statutory requirements and audit processes. Mentor and oversee the Debtors and Creditors teams while supporting continuous process improvements. Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile Relevant Finance, Accounting or Treasury qualification. Minimum 5 years' experience in a Treasury role. Essential experience within the manufacturing industry. Experience supporting both local and international treasury operations is non-negotiable. Strong knowledge of foreign exchange, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and working capital. Sound understanding of South African Reserve Bank (SARB) regulations and treasury compliance. Experience using Syspro as the primary accounting/ERP system is essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Apply now!
