MUST HAVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE R 15 000 CTC
- Relevant experience in travel, tour operations, group travel or event operations
- Strong knowledge of accommodation, transport, flight, itineraries and supplier coordination
- Experience managing bookings, allocations, travel documentation and operations deadlines
- Excellent administration, organisational and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confidence working with booking, reservation and CRM systems
- Manage enquiry email boxes and overall data hygiene in CRM
- Excellent supplier and customer communication skills
- Sports travel or major event experience would be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years work experience in either a retail travel agency or tour operator
