About the role

• Our Transport division boasts a prestigious graduate programme where our Transport trainees rotate through various departments within our Transport environment.
• Graduates are thoroughly integrated into our business with the intent to equip them with the necessary knowledge, skills and exposure vital for success.

What you'll do

• Rotate through various Transport departments and / or functions to gain end-to-end operational knowledge.
• Learn and apply best practices in fleet management and operational processing.
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and business projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic objectives.
• Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentoring, and practical management experience.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Support the delivery of exceptional customer service through efficient Transport operations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute innovative ideas that drive operational excellence and business performance.

What you bring

Qualification

• BCOM Logistics Management, , Transport Management / Economics, Supply Chain Management and related qualifications.

Experience

• 1-2 years experience in a Transport / Logistics environment

Job related knowledge / skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Computer literacy, Business analysis methodology, Planning and organising.
