Basic duties will include but not limited to: -
Ø Assist with Load/ Vehicle Planning,
Ø Securing booking on Client’s System
Ø Liaising with the Drivers and Clients,
Ø Attending to Driver and Client queries
Ø Tracking & Monitoring of Vehicles and Loads,
Ø Monitoring and observing the fleet
Ø Attending to defect and faults on vehicles
Ø Compiling reports
Candidates must have:-
Ø 3-5 years working experience in a similar role with container experiences
Ø Must be computer literacy, MS Office and Navis working experience
Ø Must have an attention to detail, be accurate, efficient, good communication skills (both verbal & written) and must be deadline driven
Ø Must speak Zulu
Ø Own transport is essential
Ø Able to work overtime as and when required
