What You'll Be Responsible For As the Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the organisation achieves its transformation objectives by:

  • Managing and consolidating B-BBEE scorecard data across all business units.
  • Coordinating annual B-BBEE verification audits and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Preparing, monitoring, and reporting on Employment Equity (EE), Workplace Skills Plans (WSP), and Annual Training Reports (ATR).
  • Supporting Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) initiatives through accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Coordinating Transformation and Employment Equity Committee meetings and maintaining statutory documentation.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual transformation reports for leadership and governance committees.
  • Analysing HR and transformation dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant transformation legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, verification agencies, SETAs, and external service providers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) with Mathematics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Transformation, B-BBEE, Employment Equity, or Compliance role.
  • Proven experience coordinating B-BBEE verification processes.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exposure to personnel administration or HR reporting will be advantageous.
