Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager / Manager

An established and highly respected economics advisory firm is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join its growing Johannesburg team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded professional who is passionate about transfer pricing, international taxation, and economic analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple transfer pricing projects simultaneously. • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation for multinational clients. • Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses to support intercompany pricing. • Manage client engagements from fact-finding through to final delivery. • Prepare responses to tax and regulatory authorities. • Perform research relating to international and cross-border transactions. • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. • Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards. • Contribute to business growth, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' consulting experience within transfer pricing, tax, or a related advisory environment.
• Strong background in finance or tax .
• Sound understanding of transfer pricing principles, including the Arm's Length Principle and recognized transfer pricing methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client projects.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior professionals.
• Exceptional analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
