What we are looking for
- Demonstrable transaction-monitoring experience within banking, fintech, payments or another regulated financial-services environment.
- Experience investigating alerts rather than purely performing administrative processing.
- Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills.
- Sound judgement and the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
- Strong case-writing and investigation-documentation capability.
- UK or international financial-services experience is advantageous.
- Relevant South African financial-services experience will also be considered.
- Experience operating within defined risk, quality, productivity and SLA frameworks.
- High B2/C1 English proficiency.
- Cape Town based or able to work from a Cape Town operation.
