- To support the Talent Management team with talent-related reporting, data analysis, system administration, stakeholder support and operational activities. The role provides exposure to talent management processes including goals, performance management, talent reviews, career development and job profiles while building foundational HR analytics and business partnering skills.
Responsibilities
- Track talent data and flag missing or incorrect data
- Capture reporting requirements accurately
- Update reports, dashboards and trackers
- Support monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Build working knowledge of the Talent Management modules
- Create, check and update job profiles
- Support basic user queries
- Escalate complex system issues
- Complete assigned system testing
- Capture recurring issues and feedback
- Review process maps and guides
- Respond to basic stakeholder queries
- Gather information from HRBPs and managers
- Support meetings, store visits and check-ins
- Track feedback, actions and follow-ups
- Share observations and improvement ideas
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Information Systems, Analytics or related field
- Exposure working with Microsoft excel
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data
