Carwash Supreme is looking for a hands-on Trainer & Supervisor to join our team.
This is not an office position. You will work on-site, training new staff, supervising daily operations and ensuring company standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities
* Train and develop new staff * Supervise daily carwash operations * Manage attendance, discipline and staff performance * Monitor quality and customer service * Control equipment and stock * Report operational issues to management
Requirements
* Valid drivers licence compulsory * Supervisory or team leadership experience * Strong communication and leadership skills * Reliable, disciplined and hands-on * Able to work weekends and public holidays
Carwash experience is an advantage but not required. Full training will be provided.
Salary: R7,000 per month + performance bonus
