- The successful candidate will gain practical exposure across our FlowerCo and Freshmark operations, developing operational, commercial, and people management skills within a fast-paced fresh produce environment.

What you bring
- Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Economics, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field
- Valid drivers license
- Strong operational aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fresh produce and agricultural markets
- Willingness to travel and work across operational sites
