Trainee guards

Position: Security Supervisor Employment Type: Full-time Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Enforce company security policies and procedures. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of security protocols, access control, and emergency procedures. Liaise with management and external stakeholders on security matters. Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records. Proven experience in a supervisory security role. Relevant certifications or qualifications in security management (advantageous). Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Supervise and coordinate security staff across shifts. Supportive team environment. Train and mentor security officers to maintain high performance standards. Training and upskilling programs. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, ensure the safety of personnel and property, and manage a team of security officers. Must have a valid driver's license The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining a secure environment.
