Start free — we apply for you →REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience as a Trail Guide/Field Guide - Relevant FGASA qualifications advantageous - Previous luxury lodge or safari experience preferred - Strong knowledge of wildlife, ecology and the bush - Excellent guest relations and communication skills - Professional, confident and safety conscious - Valid Driver's Licence essential - First Aid qualification advantageous - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible and willing to assist with lodge operations when required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct guided bush walks and safari activities - Provide informative interpretation of wildlife and the environment - Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times - Deliver professional and memorable guest experiences - Build strong relationships with guests - Maintain guiding and safety standards - Assist with guest activities and special requests - Work closely with lodge management and the guiding team - Maintain guiding equipment and report any issues - Assist with general lodge operations when required
PACKAGE: - Salary: R12,500 R15,000 per month, depending on experience - Live-in accommodation and meals to be discussed
LOCATION: Louis Trichardt Limpopo
COUPLE OPPORTUNITY: Couples will be considered where one person fills the Trail Guide position and the other takes the Reservationist/FOH position.
