Your responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of brand and category 4P execution, including P&L management and performance tracking
- Support Trade Marketing leadership in shaping and delivering category and channel strategies
- Lead monthly forecasting across brands, SKUs, and customers, using data-driven insights to inform decisions
- Develop, execute, and evaluate promotional strategies with a strong focus on ROI, post-analysis, and optimisation
- Drive distribution excellence by tracking performance, identifying gaps, and partnering with Sales to close them
- Lead in-store execution, POS management, and innovation launches, while collaborating closely with Key Account teams to deliver category growth strategies to customers
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Strategic Marketing /Economics or equivalent required, with solid academic foundation.
- 3 – 5 years' FMCG experience in Sales/Key Account roles, plus ~3 years in Trade Marketing at manager level.
- Strong experience within the FMCG industry considered highly advantageous.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in data tools e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA, customer portals.
- Good understanding of different customer channels Modern Trade and Traditional Trade.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and ROI analysis for portfolio management.
