**Responsibilities:** • Operate tractors and agricultural machinery safely and efficiently. • Transport materials and equipment. • Conduct daily inspections and routine servicing. • Perform minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance. • Identify and report major mechanical faults. • Maintain tractors, trailers and company vehicles. • Keep maintenance records. • Ensure equipment is ready for daily operations. • Comply with health, safety and company procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:** • 3–5 years' experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery. • Mechanical experience with tractors, farm equipment and light vehicles. • Ability to service and perform minor repairs independently. • Valid driver's licence (Code C1 or higher advantageous). • Physically fit, reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
