- We are looking for a skilled Tracker Technician to join our dynamic team at our Multifranchise Dealership based in Somerset West . In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vehicle tracking systems across a diverse range of vehicles and assets.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Automotive Electronics Certification or equivalent qualification
- Certification from leading tracking device providers e.g., Tracker, Netstar, Cartrack is advantageous
- Min 2years proven experience in tracker installations and car alarm/radio installations
- Valid driver's license
- Clear criminal record

- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and schematics.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and without supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installations: Install and configure GPS/GSM tracking devices in vehicles, ensuring secure and functional placement according to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform diagnostics and repairs on tracking systems and related electronic components.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and client interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
