Start free — we apply for you →- A well-established and growing professional services firm is looking for an experienced Tracing Agent to join their team in Sandton.
- This is a specialised tracing position focused on locating and verifying debtors using credit bureau information, tracing platforms, investigative tools and other available data sources.
- This is NOT a general Call Centre or Collections position.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years' dedicated tracing experience
- Proven experience in debtor tracing / skip tracing
- Experience tracing individuals and/or businesses
- Hands-on experience working with credit bureau information and tracing databases
- Experience using CPB, XDS and other credit bureau / tracing platforms
- Experience with ITC / credit bureau searches
- Ability to interpret and analyse credit bureau information
- Experience tracing addresses, contact details, employment and other relevant information
- Strong investigative and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tracing targets
