- Relevant town planning qualification (NQF level 6 and above)
- Computer literacy
- Understanding of town and regional planning processes
- Good communication skills
- Good report writing skills
- Registration with SACPLAN (added advantage)
- Must be able to speak, read and write in at least two of the official languages in Kouga Municipality (Afrikaans, English and Xhosa)
SPECIAL CONDITIONS

SALARY
- R10 000.00 Per Month
DUTIES
- Scrutinize and process land use applications
- Prepare technical reports to Authorized Official/Municipal Planning Tribunal
- Assist with public enquiries
- Follow up on land use complaints
- Provide technical comments requested from other internal departments
- Perform any other tasks and functions related to Land Use Management and Spatial Planning
