Job Title: Toolroom Supervisor Start Date: 2026-08-18 - 2026-09-17 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB025633 Sectors: Engineering Manufacturing Location: KwaZulu Natal , Pietermaritzburg Salary: 420,000 - 540,000 Brief: An established engineering and manufacturing organisation in Pietermaritzburg is looking for an experienced Toolroom Supervisor with a strong Tool, Jig & Die background. This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who understands tooling, can lead a team and ensure maintenance and tooling requirements are delivered efficiently and on time. Detail: Grade 12 / equivalent Trade Tested Tool, Jig & Die Maker – NON-NEGOTIABLE 5+ years' experience as a qualified Tool, Jig & Die Maker Injection mould-making experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE Casting tooling experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE Metal press tooling experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE Proven toolroom / manufacturing experience Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong technical, leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent planning and coordination abilities Supervise daily toolroom activities and technical teams Plan and coordinate tool maintenance and repairs Manage tooling priorities against production requirements Work across injection moulding, casting and metal press tooling Troubleshoot technical and tooling issues As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
