- Setup, program, calibrate, maintain & repair all aspects of electronic and air torque tools
- Assist in the specifications for purchase of new electronic/electrical torque tools & test equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance of plant equipment, jigs,fixtures and facility.
- Fabricate jigs, fixtures, trolleys and special tools as required.
- Assist in general maintenance.
- High level of record keeping of calibration & testing results as per ISO standards to be maintained.
- Record keeping of calibration & testing results to be made available for Audits as and when required.
- Maintaining related TPM concept for critical plant equipment and machinery.
- Ensuring safe work practices are followed & H&S improvement measures are implemented as required.
- Assist in maintaining 5S for all related work areas and contribute to all Plant KPI's.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Metrology certification would be advantageous.
- Relevant technical qualification Engineering Degree / Diploma

Experience
- Experience with the setup,programming, repairs, maintenance & calibration of electronic torque tools - 1 year.
- Experience in tool calibration methods for electronic, manual torque tools - 3 years.
- Experience with electronic, electrical equipment and fabrication and production tools testing - 1 year.
- Working knowledge of electronic torque tool setup and calibration software's - 1 year.
- Knowledge of Welding, electronics, electrical, fabrication & health and safety requirements - 1 year.
