The successful candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Road Transport solution area, ensuring the effective operation, enhancement, and support of business-critical applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction Detail: Requirements: Must be willing and prepared to Travel Must have a valid Passport Extensive experience in the Transport Management System CarLo is required. Degree in Business Information Systems or similar will be advantageous. Strong understanding of business processes and experience in analysing and translating business requirements into technical solutions with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions and internal collaboration. Quick learner with a strong ability to respond and solve problems efficiently. Experience with in-person and remote training delivery is beneficial. Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Transport Management is favourable. Freight Forwarding Business Applications, SQL Report Writing and MS Power BI experience is advantageous. Job Function: Support the Solution Leader in understanding business needs, develop and propose customized solutions that leverage products or services to meet business requirements effectively. Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert guidance and advice to clients on the most suitable solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation. Analyse complex client challenges and design creative, effective solutions that align with business goals. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis for escalated queries. Liaise with Vendors and/or Central Support to investigate and resolve issues. Adopt a proactive and methodical approach. Perform application upgrades and preventative maintenance. Participate in building User Acceptance Testing for new and existing applications. Produce and maintain support documentation on the Knowledge Base. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops and internal/external training.
