Job Description
- Financially justify the value of their solutions
- Well versed in probing skills
- They are good listeners
- They explore the consequence of each alternative
- They must have a good grasp of the features, advantages and benefits of their products, services and or solutions, especially the unique selling propositions (USPs’).
- They can link their solution to the customer’s specific need,
- They understand the intricacies of the job and the need to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Lead demand-generating sales activities
- Maintain an extensive network of internal and external contacts t
- Coach, support, mentor and challenge subordinates
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management/IT
Skills
- 8 – 10 years experience in Sales & New Business Development
- 5 years experience in sales of IT Solutions/converged telecommunication services
- Strong hunter with superior closing skills

Salary/Package
R400 000 – R650 000 TCTC + Commission
